Over the last six weeks we have encountered about twelve issues with packages that have been sitting with USPS and don't move.  Mostly poster tube orders.  Normally a week or two  after we submit a Missing Mail form on their website they magically start moving again and arrive late.  We ask for your patience during this time.  We are monitoring all the packages to make sure they aren't lost.  You can see on the tracking if we have submitted it for Missing Mail or not.  If yours is late you can request for us to do this. Just send us an email inquiring about the order and include order number.  This takes time to go through the system that USPS wants us to go through.  We can file a claim within 60 days.  We are tracking these dates and in the worst case scenario we will refund you at that time. So far we have not had to refund anyone they are just late not missing. If you have any questions feel free to reach out.  Just please remain patient we are doing our best to get through the way USPS handles these things.  When checking the tracking you can click text for updates on the USPS.com website.  We have done this and it gives updates on when the packages get moving again. In the meantime all poster orders are now being shipped using UPS.
